Yinguang company is a China North Industries Group Corporation affiliated national key protected army enterprise, located in Gansu Province, Baiyin, was founded in 1953, is China’s explosive industry varieties complete, the largest production scale of the large-scale backbone enterprises.Yinguang company as a military enterprise, always put the quality as the life of enterprise. At present, the company has established based on the GJB9001B-2009 standard quality management system. The company after years of operation of the quality management system, quality awareness of employees continuously improve, products quality has been effectively controlled, has established a complete set of rules and regulations, but in the production process, product quality problems occur the phenomenon also occurs. The process of carrying out the quality management system, the absence of a good grasp on some factors, lead to the existence of some urgent problems in the operation of the company’s quality management system.In this paper, based on quality management system of silver company as the research object, first put forward to improve the operation level of the purpose and significance of the quality management system of enterprises. Then introduced the quality management theory, method. Through data collection, investigation and analysis, finding out the Yinguang company currently operating quality management system problems. Combined with the requirements of the quality management system of military enterprise elements and total quality management system requirements, the influence factors of quality management system running effect and the optimum design of silver company shall follow the principle of operation of the company, the quality management system problems were cause analysis, developed a quality management system improvement program Yinguang company to achieve the goal, through the investigation and study, the argument put forward from the management responsibilities, the establishment of dynamic quality economic analysis system, improve the process quality control of science, to the satisfaction of users implement measurement and analysis, create quality and cultural aspects of designing Yinguang company quality management system improvement program.
