Research On The Strategy Choice And Coordination Mechanism Of Food Safety For Core Enterprises In The Food Supply Chain

In recent years,food safety incidents occur frequently around the world,governments and consumers has paid attention to food safety.The situation of food safety is rigorous in China,people suddenly discovered that food safety what they need to live by is so fragile after they have enough food to eat and enough clothing to wear,and it’s impossible to guard against various food safety issues.As a leader in the food supply chain,on the one hand,core enterprises choose the corresponding strategy according to the change of environment and institution under the external supervision system.On the other hand,they must coordinate with upstream and downstream members in the internal supply chain,and make the optimal coordination strategy to maintain the sustained and healthy development of the whole chain.This paper reviews the correlation theory of food safety and food safety situation of supply chain management,and starting from the perspective of core enterprises.Firstly,we will study the relationship between core enterprises and quality supervision departments under the influence of Non-Government Organizations(hereinafter referred to as NGOs)by using the method of evolutionary game,and then obtain the evolutionary stable strategy of core enterprises.Secondly,based on the game of core enterprises and the external supervision system,we will study the coordination mechanism between core enterprises and supply chain members under the influence of NGOs by using the method of Stackelberg game;Thirdly,we will put forward the corresponding suggestion for the food industry in China according to the result of the game.We can come to conclusions through the two methods of game: the choice of core enterprises is high quality food when the extra cost of them in the production of high quality food is low or the punishment of quality supervision department is big under the premise of low level of NGOs disclosure;When core enterprise is the supplier that choose cooperation decision-making,and when core enterprise is retailers that choose decentralized decision-making,in this case,the quality of food is improved and the supply chain is revenue maximization.
