The Study On The Influence Of Social Capital On Spin-off

Entrepreneurship is an important part of promoting economic growth and social development. With the development of economy, it becomes more and more active. Spin-off is a unique entrepreneurial mode; many enterprises have shown the characters of Spin-off. We should pay more attention to the phenomenon. Spin-off activities can not only promote employment and improve innovation, but also can promote the economic development. Spin-off depends on a lot of factors; the most important factor is social capital. In recent years, our country has some Spin-off cases for the theoretical research and the system. At the same time, the researchers need to explore the unique law from different aspects.This research takes Qingdao case with local characteristics as the study case, through interviews to obtain primary materials. The content of the case is reliable, at the same time, it has significant local features. This paper utilizes Case Analysis methods and the Grounded Theory methods to study it based on abundant information. It utilizes Case Analysis methods to collect, sort and inspect materials. Furthermore, it utilizes Spin-off theory to analyze the actual case. This paper summarizes, abstracts and refines concepts, category, the main category and core category by using open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Moreover, it explores the intrinsic relationship between these categories. Another method of this paper is Literature Review methods. It combs the theoretical research outcomes from Entrepreneurship theory, Spin-off theory and Social Capital theory. Based on the existing research achievements, this study analyzes the influencing factors of Spin-off from social capital point.The topic of this paper is carried out from the Spin-off which is a unique entrepreneurial mode. First, it describes the background, values, research contents, framework, methods and innovation points of this study. Second, this paper combs the Entrepreneurship theory from three dimensions on entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial environment and opportunities; it combs the Spin-off theory from meaning and characters, types and performance; it combs the Social Capital theory and so on, in order to prepare for the following research. Third, this paper uses some methods such as field surveys, case analysis methods, the Grounded theory to collect data, collate data and analyze data. It mainly uses the Grounded theory methods to analysis case information. Then, this paper comes to the relationship model between social capital, the entrepreneur of Spin-off and the process of Spin-off. At the same time, it comes to the influence factors of entrepreneurs, identifying and grasping opportunity, resources integration and configuration. Finally, this paper summarizes the study, and puts forward plans for further research.
