Today, the value of business model innovation receive more and more attention from the entrepreneur and academia. The business model in the high-tech industry show an increasingly important role as the link between technology capital and its commercial value. The study for risk management of high-tech enterprises’ business model innovation is able to make them control business model innovation process more effective. Thus, business model is further improved to play a better role of bridge between technology and business value. The utilization rate of technology capital is also increased and make the scientific and technological achievements in production implementation value creation and service to the society.This paper uses a method of enterprise risk management to analyze the risk of high-tech enterprise business model innovation, and provide suggestions and reference in several fields of risk identification, assessment, control, etc.. First of all, according to theory results of previous research and the high-tech enterprise business model innovation of internal economic logic, this paper analyze the high-tech enterprise business model innovation power and path, based on the business model canvas. Secondly, Huawei as a representative of high-tech enterprises, it analyzes the development of its various periods in the development of innovative business models, targeted for risk identification, risk factors extracted 31 Index System Then, using expert scoring method, AHP and fuzzy evaluation method for scientific assessment of risk factors, the total risk of Huawei’s current business" model innovation is general risk level, analysis the risk level of the various indicators, analysis weight of each secondary indicators on the overall risk and extract key secondary sub-factors based on the weight. In the fifth chapter according to the risk coping strategies and results of the assessment, this paper analyzes the factors which have a big effect on the risk, put forward effective measures to cope with the situation, combined with risk early warning management theory, and build an early warning mechanism of HuaWei’s business model innovation. Last chapter is conclusions and outlook. Contents of this paper are combed in this chapter. And the research results and deficiency are also comprehensively summarized, then point out the needs of further work.
