As a leading and strategic enterprise in the future regional competition,the innovation and development of high-tech enterprises has always been the focus of the politicians and relevant academics.As we know,the technological innovation ability,which is at the left end of the smiling curve,can construct a solid base of value creation for high-tech enterprises.The business model innovation,which is at the right end of the smiling curve,can promote the economic growth of high-tech enterprises.At the same time,the coupling of technological innovation and business model innovation is conducive to the development of core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises and the improvement of their performance.However,there are few issues for further research about the interaction between technological innovation and business model innovation.Based on this background,this paper empirically analyses the differences of enterprise performance between manufacturing and service-oriented high-tech enterprises under different coupling modes of technological innovation and business model innovation.And then this paper spells out countermeasures and suggestions for the growth of different types of high-tech enterprises in China.This paper first reviews that the theory of Smile Curve Theory,Business Cycle Theory and Dual Theory.Then it reviews the current research issues and summarizes the main research achievements of the technological innovation,business model innovation and the coupling between them in high-tech enterprises.What's more,this paper builds the conceptual model of the coupling of technological innovation and business model innovation,and clarifies the theoretical basis and research significance of this paper.The content of this paper is mainly divided into the following parts.(1)Constructing and explaining the conceptual model of the coupling of innovation of technology and business model.Based on the conceptual model,this paper firstly examines the classification of technological innovation and business model innovation in this study.And then this research makes a measurement of the indicators of control variables,enterprise performance,technological innovation and business model innovation.At the same time,this paper empirically analyses four coupling modes of technological innovation and business model innovation through positive analysis,which will have a great impact on both manufacturing enterprises and service-oriented high-tech enterprises.(2)Analyzing the regulatory role of enterprise types.Based on the conceptual model of the coupling of innovation of technology and business model,this paper analyses the moderating effect of enterprise types by gathering data analysis.At the same time,the eight expected hypotheses are compared and analyzed by using Amos software,which are proposed in this paper.The results show that the coupling modes have significant effect on enterprise performance,in which enterprise type plays a moderate role.What's more,it's advised that Service type high-tech enterprises are suitable for the coupling modes of innovation of technology and business model,manufacturing high-tech enterprises are suitable for the coupling modes of radical innovation and any business model.Based on the combing and empirical analysis of the research topics,this research finally draws the conclusion of this paper.At the same time,this research summarizes the general rules and finds the most suitable coupling mode for the development of manufacturing enterprises and service enterprises.Finally feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the growth of different types of high-tech enterprises in China.
