Study On Marketing Strategy Of MACT Brand

With the rapid development of mobile internet in recent years, mobile phone became the biggest internet terminal; users’ requirement for the speed of mobile internet is becoming faster and faster. The second generation and third generation mobile communication technology had been difficult to meet the requirements of users. It is necessary to develop fourth generation mobile communication technology. In 2012 August, China Mobile Group launched the TD-LTE scale test. ChengDu Mobile was identified as one of pilot city. Group Company requires ChengDu Mobile to construct the netword better and faster. ChengDu Mobile has no experience in TD-LTE related construction, so it is a differcult problem for ChengDu mobile to complet the network construction with better quality and faster speed.This paper is based on the studies of the theories and methods of project schedule and quality management, applies project management tools and methods, considers the characteristics and existing problems of TD-LTE project execution, to propose solutions to project schedule control and quality control. The solutions have been used in project implementation process and achieved good results. They provide guidance to the subsequent large scale TD-LTE construction.In project schedule control, by using WBS and PMS tools, the paper determines critical project works, prepares reasonable plan for the project, and adjust and control the plan. Through organization structure optimization, progress report, technical innovation and many other methods, the difficulties in base station locating were solved. Taking advantage of advance deployment, innovated construction mode and resources optimization and adjustment, resource transmission bottleneck constraints were resolved.In project quality control, by using quality management theory, through establishing project quality team, realizing responsibility system, making standard operation procedure and setting up standard work template and work flow, detailed project quality assurance measures were made. Various control methods were taken to ensure project quality in different phases of design, construction, and acceptance.
