Therefore, it is urgent to build an effective supply chain system for the small-sized agricultural machinery, which helps maximize the supply chain value.This paper will take China’s biggest small-sized agricultural machinery dealer, Gifore Agricultural Machinery Chain Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “JF”), for example to study its centralized purchasing solution on mini-tiller. As a agricultural machinery chain company, its core competence is to centralize the purchasing process to lower the cost for a competitive advantage. This paper will figure out a practical centralized purchasing solution for JF on the basis of analyzing the whole industry chain of small-sized agricultural machinery and the encountered difficulties when JF implemented its centralized purchasing plan in the past two years. And this paper will make clear the tough problems, normalize the business process, and eventually work out a feasible centralized purchasing mode for small-sized agricultural machinery.Confronted with the critical problems including evaluation of suppliers, unified ma-nagement of orders, and assurance of capital turnover, centralized purchase of JF agricultural machinery from bottom up is required.In the course of centralized purchase, building an information system is needed to unify the management of orders and create an O2 O scheme. This paper, based on the scheme of purchasing from bottom up, develops an evaluation system on suppliers and a control system on its procedures and riskscorrespondingly.Furthermore, it analyzes the O2 O scheme utilized in centralized p urcha-se and establishment of information platforms of purchase and logistics.
