A Case Study Upon KY Company Group Operation And The Risk Management

KY group is a large-scale enterprise group is committed to agricultural materials and its related industries. After about 10 years of development, it has evolved from agricultural materials distribution becoming a large enterprise groups included chemical fertilizer sales, chemical production, mineral exploration and exploitation, and financial services, and its business district has developed the whole country and southeast Asia area from sichuan province. The undergoing development of KY group shows many typical characteritics for the development of private enterprises in China. With the continuous development of enterprises, in order to further expand the scale of the enterprise operation and occupy high quality resources, many enterprises will expand gradually to the upstream and downstream of industrial chain, even enter the field in which the enterprise itself does not have a competitive edge, and that has given rise to collectivize management. KY group has successtive experience in collectivization management and risk control. it stick to the principle of preferring to certain areas rather than other areas, and KY group constantly strengthen the company in the core resources, such as mineral resources, distribution channels, while KY group decidely withdraw from the business that enterprise itself is not professional and competitive advantage, suc as chemical production and real estate. Therefore, KY group effectively avoid all kinds of risks in its group developing.Based on the development and collectivize management of KY group as the research background, this dissertation through the analysis of the strategic change of collectivization management, tactics adjustment, corporate governance structure design, the construction of service system, and risk control measures, provides the private enterprises with practical guidance and reference case in collectivize management and control.After the study of this article, on the one hand, KY group can be analyzed its typical features and the effective practice, and provide reference for the development of similar private enterprises. On the other hand, through the in-depth analysis and case study and exploration of the theory origin, this study can enrich related theory research and case analysis in the collectivization management.
