Research On The Application Of Insurance Funds And Its Risk Management

The application and risk control of insurance funds is an important business activity in the company's operation,which is closely related to the stability and sustainable development of insurance companies,and it has a far-reaching influence on the insurance companies.Even if the economic indicators in China's capital markets fluctuate repeatedly,the premium income keeps growing.With the insurance Supervision Committee gradually relaxed the choice of the channel and the use of the structure of the proportion of restrictions,the use of risk gold has a broader operating space.Nowadays insurance companies are the largest institutional investors in China's financial market and their influence cannot be neglected.But as we all know,although the venture capital can bring considerable benefit to the company,there must be many crises,how to carry out the research of insurance funds rationally in the complex capital market is the important fulcrum for the insurance company to seek a better development in the competitive market.Based on the rational use of risk assets and the prevention of risks as the fundamental aim,this paper first sorted out the application of risk capital in China in recent years,including the scale of risk investment,structural analysis,efficiency and risk control,and thus concluded that the size of the venture capital in China although the rapid growth,but investment channels and investment income still need to further improve the conclusion Secondly,the experience of overseas investment and risk control of foreign insurance funds is summed up with the experience of management in developed countries.Finally,taking Z insurance company as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of its application and risk management,and finds out the cause of the problem according to the existing problems.Under the guidance of relevant theories,this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions and solutions to the application of risk capital of Z Insurance Company and its management.At present,the research on the application and risk management of insurance funds focuses on the interaction between the application of risk capital and capital market.This paper,through the case study,embarks from a microscopic perspective on the capital utilization and risk management of insurance companies,and puts forward the corresponding techniques and strategies for the use of funds,which can be used for reference to improve the level of fund use and risk management of insurance enterprises in the industry.
