Logistics is the arterial system of national economy, plays an increasingly important role in the socio-economic activities, and connects all parts of society and economy into an organic whole. The development of logistics industry has experienced first-party logistics, the second-party logistics, the third-party logistics and the fourth-party logistics. With the rapid development of Internet technology and the popularity of e-commerce, logistics industry, like other industries, has gradually connected to the Internet. Logistics information trading platforms have emerged, such as Lin’an logistics platform, Jincheng logistics network, whose convergence achieved good results through both online and offline. Although the number of logistics information trading platforms is large, the overall levels of development are not even. Under this condition, studying the logistics information trading platform with rigorous scientific methods will have a very important theoretical and practical significance.In order to analyze logistics information trading platform factors, we conducted in-depth studies based on theoretical studies, using survey data for security and quantitative research as method, and got the corresponding management enlightenment.Theoretical study was conducted by reviewing some of the major logistics information platforms, technology acceptance model and other related theories, so as to, on the one hand, understand and master the current status of academic researches on the logistics information platform, on the other hand, master the technology acceptance model’s development and application, clarify and define the concepts, build research models scientifically, describe and measure the study variables accurately. On the basis of TAM, UTAUT and other classic models, combining research scenario in this article, logistics information trading platform impact factors model was constructed, and the relevant variables and assumptions were described.Data collection part developed a research scale based on available documents, got access to research data through questionnaire survey, discussed the quality of the scale through exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis and validity analysis. We finally got credible and effective data which become scientific support for this study.Quantitative research was based on optimized data. The assumptions were verified by using structural equation model. Specific conclusions are as follows: subjective norm has forward path effect on the usefulness and usability of perception; convenient conditions have forward path effect on the usability of perception and adoption attitudes; incentives have forward path effect on the adoption attitudes; classical TAM theoretical models assume that only the usability of perception does not have significantly path influence on adoption attitudes; perceived risk’s backward path effect on the perceived usefulness and adoption attitudes does not get empirical support. Finally, based on the empirical research conclusions, this paper proposed targeted management inspiration, and achieved effective integration between theoretical research and practical applications.
