21st century is a new age with science and technology competition, talent competition and information competition. Economic globalization and market global integration have become an inevitable trend. Corporations have faced enormous challenges in product research in the age, and the demand for high quality, high efficiency, high performance, diversification, customization, multi-function products is more prominent. Fourthly, Through the analysis of the requirements of R & D management for A Electronics Co., Ltd, obtains the specific requirements of the management plan for A Electronics Co..
