Along with the high speed growth of the Chinese economy and auto industry, auto parts industry received excellent development opportunities. Major auto groups have expanded the vehicle manufacturing scale and leaded to a large number of auto parts enterprise starting investment projects. But in actual construction process, due to the lack of project risk management consciousness, blind decision, random construction and huge waste have blocked the development of Chinese auto industry. Therefore, it is great significant to research project risk management in the auto parts enterprises project.Based on project risk management theory and the decomposition analysis method, this paper established the identification model and identified project risk factors. Combined with analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, according to former project, this paper summarized a suitable investment project risk evaluation system. Using prevention, reducing, transfer and acception methods and classification of control to made risk control strategy. At last, this paper select an project cases, further validation the risk management system reliability and practicability.
