The Research On The Mode Of Radio Management In The Visual Angel Of The Collaborative Theory

Today, highly developed information technology, radio spectrum, wireless technology has been integrated into every corner of social life. The radio management department is the implementation of radio public affairs department of the government, with the organizational structure of the bureaucracy, top-down layers of division management functions, management institutions to establish a country, province, city. However, the organizational structure of management of the bureaucracy has been unable to adapt to the new era of radio management. Particularly in the face of new business and emergency situations, often appear to be at a loss what to do the predicament, cause the radio management department administrative inefficiency, department function disorder and many other issues.This article is based on the system science synergy theory, analyzes the reason of radio management bureaucracy dysfunctional, directly in the face of many difficulties establishing radio management synergy mechanism of the new model, to explore the best combination of points between radio management of hierarchical structure and coordination mechanism, establish collaborative management mode of the bureaucracy organization. Taking Fujian province radio management as an example, proposed the establishment of a new model of collaborative mechanism of bureaucracy organization structure principles, and analyzes the influence of the policy environment set up coordination mechanism, the organization construction and the social demand and other factors, finally expounds the process of collaborative mechanism establishment, hope collaboration new mode mechanism has certain reference value to the other provinces and cities radio management departments to establish radio management.
