In some important fields of life science and biotechnology covering medical treatment, health care, nutrition, fitness and others become more important and drive the process of global economic development and social progress in 21st century. In China, the health industry only accounted for 4%~5% of GDP, lower than many developing countries. With China’s rapid economic and social development, people’s living standards gradually improved, as well as higher requirements drive behind the changes of lifestyle and the needs of quality life. Meanwhile, the rapid-developing Chinese bioindustry, particularly, pharmaceuticals, health care and nutrition fields, is becoming another impetus for China’s economic development.Fucoidan is a polysaccharide, being extracted from the seaweed, has been accepted step by step, which could be used for cancer treatment and applied health care products. More and more enterprises engaged in providing fucoidan products, and the competition between them is increasing. To survive and develop in such a raging market, the study on marketing strategies and it is particularly important. By analyzing the present in enterprise, we focused in depth on its unique marketing advantages, a great potential, problems existed and the countermeasures. This article comprehensive analyzed the international and domestic markets of Fucoidan, its targeting market, and made efforts to moving in a more strategic direction and targeting a "high quality, high-tech, green and friendly" image. Meanwhile, localized the details of tactics and used traditional marketing mix theories as well as emphasis on introducing brand marketing, network marketing, relationship marketing and new marketing ideas to make it more advanced. Proposed a series of marketing strategy implementation, presented effective control measures for marketing activities and laid the foundation for further development and optimization of marketing strategy.
