In recent years, the domestic economy continued to grow steadily, as the investors, the government and corporations invested and implemented a number of projects, many of them are large-scale, time tightly, high quality requirements projects, the implementation of these projects bring a great challenge in the field of project management, but also opportunities for domestic project management improvement in theory and practice. With the complexity of the project increasing, the advantages of project management have become increasingly prominent, so the project investors and constructors prefer to use it.Project contract signed as the legal documents required complying with the parties, and the project scope definition is the basis for project management, quality, schedule and cost are the three main objectives of project management, become the main focus of the parties concerned in project planning and implementation phase. Generally, quality followed the contract and obeyed national regulatory requirements, to carry out the project schedule and cost management on this basis, has become the main way to improve project management and performance. With the optimization of project management model, to ensure the quality of the premise of the project, through the project schedule control, cost control and schedule collaborative control with cost control to improve project management level, has become a trend in the field of project management. Project execution is always in uncertain environment, so you need to manage the project through the dynamic control to ensure the execution of the project in a controlled state, in order to achieve the quality, schedule and cost targets of the project.In this paper, the background of project management will be analyzed through the study of project management theory, in particular of the cost and schedule control literature in the project management field, and will refine the classical theory of the project schedule and cost control. By analyzed H Company’s position, competitive environment and marketing development situation, combined with H Company’s project management research and will be test in one project. To study the most important goal of the project management, the schedule control, cost control and schedule collaborative control with cost control in-depth,proposed a method of project controlling by company management optimization, cost and schedule collaborative managementin in project. With the improvement of the the project contolling and project management, the company will win a good reputation in the market and the dominant position in acquiring new projects.
