Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the research methods of literature reading and research combined, try to carry out innovative research on the control of quality standard system of cigarette products.In brief, the purpose of this paper is to think through the study of cigarette products quality standard management, promote the quality of cigarette products, the quality of work in strict accordance with the standard operation, at the same time the cigarette product quality standards to be on it, a comprehensive system. From the point of view of customer value, through the cigarette products, customer value analysis, tobacco, tobacco products from grassland raw three angle material, and cigarette production process to construct the cigarette products quality standard system based on customer value. Then the security mechanism of cigarette products quality standard management system innovation was to explore the implementation of the tobacco industry, set up perfect quality supervision and inspection mechanism, improve the product quality standard system construction of the tobacco industry, upgrade and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in three aspects to control the quality of personnel, in order to facilitate the cigarette industry better quality management and practice.
