Since the Reforming and opening, especially after 2004 when China entered the WTO, our living standard and the awareness of insurance have risen and the social security system has continuously improved, which made our insurance industry develop rapidly, and became one of the fastest developing and open industries of our national economy.During the twelfth five-year, the insurance industry has welcomed the unprecedented opportunities and challenges, in which the property insurance market leading by the vehicle insurance is the most developed. Until 2014, the premium income of the national property insurance companies has reached to 754.4 million yuan, which compared to 2010, before the twelfth five-year, has increased by 87%; At the same time, the policies which marketize the vehicle insurance rate will bring the insurance market continuous beneficial development opportunity. However, under the influence of the subjects increase and the restriction policy, the competition between property insurance companies became fierce, which lead to the continuous decrease of comprehensive cost rate and underwriting profit rate. Challenging the survival of property insurance companies. How to improve the profitability of property insurance company and strengthen the depth of cooperation with the key partners has become the important subject for property insurance company to face with.This paper takes the promotion of the repair carry-in service of the A company as starting point. Study the feasibility of the promotion of repair carry-in service by telephone follow up for customers about needs. The result shows that the promotion of the repair carry-in service of A company can improve customer satisfaction and strengthen the depth of cooperation with 4s station efficiently. While increasing the premium income, A company make effective control of increase of the vehicle insurance loss ratio, and sums up the specific operation strategies.The study of the feasibility has been divided into five parts. The first part is introduction, which introduced the background and significance of the selected topic, and made clear about the research train of thought, method and content. The second part is literature review, which include the theories about analysis of profitability, customer actions and the competitive strategies connected to this paper at home and overseas; The definition of repair carry-in service; And the main cooperation model between key partners(4s stations and comprehensive repair shop) and insurance companies. The third part introduces the current situation of repair carry-in service of A company, analyzes the feasibility of the promotion of repair carry-in service, according to the feedback of questionnaire and customer’s demand. The forth part is the study about the feasibility of using SWOT model and financial analysis method to promote repair carry-in service. The fifth part is the conclusion. According to the result of analysis, this part gives suggestions about promoting repair carry-in service strategies and points out the resource needs.The repair carry-in service has big significance to control the back-end adjustment and promote the front-end business and overall profitability. The writer hopes the research of A company can make conclusion about relevant profit model, and solve the shortcomings in the repair carry-in service, and provide decision-making reference for managers. In consideration of the limitation of writer’s ability, there are shortcomings in the analysis, and the conclusions and suggestions need to be tested in the actual operation.
