Therefore, in order to adapt to changes of the customer demand structure, to build a production processes o ptimization with a target of small inventory, varieties, high-quality, rapid response and t imely delivery, which is the key to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and win the market.From the Forging and heartbeat branch of Dongfang Turbine CO.,LTD actual production situation, this paper analyzes development overviews, product structure, organization and production processes and finds out the production process problems by using systems analysis and combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, which uses the enterprise management, MIS, Production and Operations Management and other related knowledge.
