The effective production-supply-marketing planning mode can improve inventory turnover, achieve mass production, lower the time of switching line, increase productivity, and simultaneously meet with the clients’ delivery demands. And then it is guaranteed that the successful completion of clients’ order goods, shipments on time, achievements of commitments the company for clients, reasonable transformation of various resources of the company, consumption reduction, cost saving, and maximization of the company’s interests. Thus, in the face of increasingly tough competition in the industry, it has been highly concerned by domestic large-scale and collectivized feed enterprises in how to establish an effective production-supply-marketing planning system. In 2013, TW, the leader of aquatic feed company in the globe, has launched a new generation of EPR construction, which includes the optimization of the production-supply-marketing mode, the integration with the implementation of EPR software, and the assurance of the implementation of management reform.This paper, by taking the current situation and problems as the point of departure, analyzes from the procedure, the organization, the mode of operation, performance and other points of view pf the plan, and forms a optimized scheme that suits for TW through the analysis of aiming at the management problems in the design and practical operation of the production-supply-marketing planning system mode under group management and control after the separation reform of production and marketing during the implementation of EPR project.This paper at first introduces the characteristics of feed industry and the status quo of TW, and on this basis, details the current status quo of TW production, supply and marketing plan, and summarizes problems in all steps. Secondly, to address these issues, this paper re-designs from the organizational structure, operation mode, requirements gathering, and forms the collaborative mechanism of production, supply and marketing. Subsequently the performance evaluation method is proposed and then used in the evaluation of the operation results of production, supply and marketing of ERP project of TW. And value of the production-supply-marketing scheme is proved in the integration with ERP software.
