Study On The Development Strategy About HX Corp.

HX company was founded in 1939, is the earliest domestic manufacturer specialized in electronic ceramics and rotary switch and connectors,have military specifications production line which manufactures beryllium oxide ceramics and rotary switch. HX company began to undertake development and production of military products since 1956, and gradually formed the electronic ceramics,electromechanical components and auto parts industry after so many years development. In 2009, under the government coordination, its assets has been turned over to CH company, HX company became a wholly owned subsidiary of CH corporation. In 2010, the company’s new management began to reform the HX company’s management system, all the original 9 subsidiaries was been cancelled and integrated into HX Electronic Co. Ltd. After the integration of the company,it face many problems such as management pattern, the enterprise culture, and the strategic planning. This paper is based on practical needs of HX company and myself work responsibilities, and aimed at a strategic planning program which has strong reference value for the HX company.This paper uses the analysis method of STEEP, Five Forces Model,SPAN,and SWOT, combined with the enterprise itself and the related data of the industry, to analyze and conclude the HX company’s macro environment and industry situation. Against the product variety but generally small scale of the company actual situation proposed the product structure adjustment scheme, focuses on the advantage industry. It makes definite business development ideas- " military order to influence, civilian seek development”. It presents a three-step strategy, points out the Specific targets and the actions.It also put forward specific strategic measures based on the main problems of the company and the key elements of industry.I hope that this subject can help HX company’s management decisions. Also hope to be able to refer to change and development of military industry.
