Research On The Development Mechanism Of Company A Based On The Background Of Military-civil Integration

With the fierce competition in the domestic and foreign market economy and all kinds of survival of the fittest,the development mechanism has become more significant in recent years.Consummating the development mechanism has become the important measure to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.Because of the condition of China's market economy and the particularity of military enterprises,our country proposed the development strategy of civil military integration as the powerful security resources to show its leading technology.In the critical period of mechanism reformation,the enterprises should truly develop the planning of business sustainable development in order to reach the civil military integration.At the second plenary meeting of the central civil military integration development committee,President Xi said that promoting the development of civil military integration is a systematic project,we must accelerate the formation of all factors,fields and high efficiency of the deep development.The report of 19th National People's Congress puts forward that we should deepen the reform of the national defense in the part of technological industry and form the deep development pattern of military and civilian integration in order to build an integrated national strategic system and capability,which shows that the exploration and research of the civil and military integration are great significant.This paper mainly analyzes the status of the A company from the perspective of civil military integration theory of enterprise development mechanism in order to identify the problem of development mechanism in A Company which mainly includes the management ability,the talent incentive mechanism,the information construction,the capital operation and so on,and make the analysis of the reason from different angles.Then puts forward the scheme of development mechanism design of A Company,mainly including the establishment of development mechanism on conduct,the technology transfer mechanism and security mechanism.Combined with the actual development of A Company,the paper uses the data envelopment analysis(DEA)to build a model to evaluate the implementation effect of the development mechanism.Finally,the paper mentions the security measures to ensure the development of civil military integration mechanism under the background of A Company smoothly.
