In recent years, Inner Mongolia county-level regions had made a certain achievement in information construction. Combined the Inner Mongolia’s personal situation, defined the concepts of central cities, county-level regions, and then pointed out the direction for the research behind of the thesis.Second, the paper summarizes the issues of Inner Mongolia county-level regions’ digital divide, and strives to find reasons from various angles such as geography, economy and education. By studying, these issues mainly caused by the following reasons:The dual structure of town & country, lack of investment of improving digital divide, low information literacy of county residents, county-level regions’ areas and policy advantage are less obvious.Finally, on the basis of systematic analysis of the reasons of county-level regions’ digital divide, puts the countermeasures of it. Secondly, overall planning for the county-level regions’ information resources optimal allocation in space and content. Thirdly, to perfect information policies, regulations and standardization construction. Fourth, to strengthen the development of informatics talents.
