Research On Sichuan Shenyu’s Internal Contract Management Of Communication Engineering Project

In recent years, with the rapid development of communication technology, global communications industry has entered into a new large fusion, great change and great transformation period. The demand of communication engineering project is increasing. In this market environment, Sichuan ShenYu construction engineering Co., LTD has entered into the list of key high-tech enterprise of Sichuan province. However, with the increase of the scale and communication engineering company items, there is more competition, too. Traditional management method can’t meet the develop goals of the company. In the new situation, how to reduce the cost, improve the quality of project construction, improve the comprehensive management enterprise ability are problems to be solved.The main content of this paper is internal contract management of ShenYu and how to manage effectively. Firstly, this paper studied the theories of communication engineering’s internal contracting management. Then this paper analyzed the problems of the company and supposes some methods to resolve the problems, and proposed that Shen Yu should use internal contracting management method. At last, this paper researched the detailed method to support the company’s development. Through the analyses of the paper, ShenYu can build a system of communication engineering project internal contracting management system and procedures. And this can provide guidance for ShenYu company’s communication engineering projects, which will enhance the enterprise’s core business management efficiency, reduce the operation cost and provide reference for the core competitive power.On the one hand, this study can solve ShenYu’s management problems. And on the other hand, internal contracting management method can be applied to the communication project construction industry. This method can provide a new management model for this industry.
