The Regional Competitiveness Of Heilongjiang’s Forestry Evaluation And Analysis

As a major forestry province in China, Heilongjiang has the advantage in forestry capacity. Forestry economics which is an important part of the national foundation for economic has provided lots of resource support for the country’s economic construction and social development. However, influenced by natural environment, capital investment, labor technology, social policy and so on, the forestry of our country has lost balance between regional maturity, which no doubt causes uncoordinated problems among industry regional competitiveness. Nowadays, industry regional competitiveness has always been the common focus of attention and research frontier in popular economics subjects. So far, the former research in this field of research home and aboard has mainly paid close attention to competitive causes, definition sources and analysis on factors and index structure. As a matter of fact, we are deficient in quantitative calculation and relationship analysis based on forestry regional competitiveness.Based on the theoretical foundation of forestry economics, regional economics, industrial economics, maturity economics and western related economics, this article will set up mathematical models on forestry regional competitiveness due to for perspective of forestry with competitiveness. Natural competitive strength, capital competitive strength, technological competitive strength, labor competitive strength and marketing competitive strength are selected to indicate the framework. Meanwhile, each frame exists five specific index respectively which will be evaluated by math primary ingredient analysis and analytic hierarchy process(AHP) in view of frame indicator system and forestry characteristics. On one hand, mathematical models will be built to be corresponded with each specific index. On the other hand, AHP can be used to calculated and simultaneously inserted the judgment matrix in view of each level and then the relevant weight can be found at its base. Through our analysis of the different area’s forestry of the country, the results will elucidate recommendations and system-evaluation strategies to improve the forestry rival strength for Heilongjiang Province.In accordance with China Statistical Yearbook(2003-2013), China forestry statistic information database, the main component analysis method and analytic hierarchy process are used to appraise Heilongjiang province’s natural competitive power, capital competitive power, technological competitive power, labor competitive power and marketing competitive power as well as the following parallel twenty-five specific indicators in 2012.
