| With the environmental degradation highlighted, the iron and steel enterprises are as one of the heavy industries and ecological maker. It is a trend that iron and steel enterprises implement green supply chain management. The coal is the important resource, which is as one of the causes to environmental degradation. Coal is as an important resource, which greatly affect green supply chain management. It spread to the operations, therefore, in the context, we are to optimize the procurement, which is practically significant to study coal supplier selection in green supply chain.So far, researchers have studied countless green supply chain papers, but researching of suppliers selection is not very deeply. Scholars were to build the model, establish evaluation system to evaluate suppliers, such as mainly fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, AHP, entropy method. They can solve the problems but not perfectly, and part of the evaluation methods are more subjective.Based on those, this paper presents more complete coal supplier options to select coal suppliers,in order to meet the development of iron and steel enterprises then implement the green supply chain management, thus excellent economic, better environment benefit and social can be finally obtained. First, this paper analyzes the status quo of the iron and steel enterprises in green supply chain, and the demand of coal to the iron and steel enterprises, which is based on state of the environment and qualitative analysis, then it uses quantitative analysis and market research method to establish the coal suppliers evaluation system and evaluate index system. Secondly, the paper uses catastrophe progression method to select suppliers through eliminating subjectivity and non-quantifiable drawbacks Index. Furthermore, H steel companies is as an example to study, which through various research and analysis. Then comparison and evaluation three suppliers is to choose the best suppliers as a member in this system and improve the environmental degradation. It is proposed to obtain more scientific and comprehensive and methods, which both enhances economic efficiency of them and strengthen green degree of the system. |
