Construction of compensation system is the core component of human resourcemanagement and enterprise management. With the development of business,traditionaldesign enterprises gradually expand the business model to realize the expansion ofproduction scale and improve the profit level. However, the design enterprises have alsoencountered some difficulties in the business transformation and development. Thereform of salary system is an important factor to influence the enterprise transformation.In this paper, combined with XX Company in the enterprise restructuring processof compensation reform, it presents a preliminary scheme of compensation systemoptimization in the transition from Design enterprises to a multi service engineeringcompany.This paper first presents the research background, purpose and significance of thesalary system reform by analyzing the development of Design Enterprises. Withanalyzing of the XX companies in the organizational structure, personnel distribution,post setting and payroll etc,it concludes the main problems existing in thecompensation system of XX company are unreasonable salary structure, the salarysystem lack of dynamic adjustment mechanism and the system cannot meet thecompany’s Strategic needs of business expansion.In order to solve the problems of salary system,this paper puts forward the generalthought of salary system optimization. The incentive, competitive, job oriented aredetermined as the general principles of evaluation and compensation system of XXCompany. At the same time it introduces broadband salary idea, with the two latitudesof position and performance, determine the total framework of compensation system.Due to the organizational structure, job settings of XX Company’s cannot well meet theneeds of business expansion, and cannot support the extension of the company.Therefore, the optimizations of salary system first start from these two aspects. Withcomparison between the external market and internal business sections,it ensure thereform scheme could be more incentive and competitive. In addition, this paper presentsthe monetary compensation structure with the basic wage, post wage, salary as the mainbody and multi latitude welfare schemes with pension, medical, housing and other personal development channels.In the last part of the research, aiming at the possible operation problems in thecompensation system of XX Company, it puts forward the operation, supervision,implementation measures, and describes the means of information in detail.This paper expounds the analysis through the actual situation of XX Company andthe actual compensation system optimization case. It has certain practical significanceand reference function to the Compensation system optimization in the business modelof the process of diversification of design enterprises.
