Technical Labor Issues On The Russian Primorsky Krai

In recent years, with the continuous strengthening of economic cooperation in Northeast Asia, the Russian Far East more and more pay attention to economic development and economic development of the coastal border areas as an important region in the Far East, the economic contribution of about 30% in the Far East. But in recent years, labor market situation in Russia’s Primorsky Territory, the growing shortage of labor resources, can not meet and satisfy the needs of their economic development, largely restricted to deepen and enhance the level of economic development of the region’s economic structure. In this paper, based on the one hand, the lack of skilled labor resources in Russia’s Primorsky Territory and more of serious loss, based on the other hand, consideration of the Russian Primorye prospects for economic development. From the perspective of public administration, and to explore the problem of shortage of skilled labor and the causes of Primorye, and presented an effective, feasible countermeasures, the main purpose is to strengthen the management and training of technical personnel in Russia’s Primorsky to improve the region’s technical talents and quality, thus contributing to the sustainable development of the Russian Primorye science and technology innovation and economy.Thesis, using statistical analysis and research methods combining theory and empirical analysis based on the Russian Primorye labor market situation analysis, to explore the region shortage of skilled workers, technical problems and their causes, depth of Russian labor resources management and labor regulations deficiencies in policy, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The main thesis is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is mainly explains the importance of skilled labor for regional economic development, for the study of the theoretical basis for later; the second chapter discusses the importance of skilled labor for regional economic development; the third chapter analyzing the current situation of labor resources statistics, Russia’s Primorsky Krai area, put forward to the coastal border existing shortage, lack of skillsand the FSB, outflow of skilled workers such as lack of management; fourth chapter discusses the main objective and subjective reasons for lack of skilled labor in Russia’s Primorsky Territory phenomenon formed; fifth Genesis chapter is based on problems with the Russian Primorsky skilled labor, from a sociological point of view, the angle of economics and public administrations.
