Economic Effects Analysis Of Chinese Labor Service Export To Russia

International labor cooperation is an important part of today's world economy.As neighbors,China and Russia have a long history of labor cooperation.There is a significant complementarity between the two countries' labor resources,China's labor force is abundant,while Russia faces a severe population situation.,so there is an objective basis for reality of labor cooperation between China and Russia.The two countries launched a wide range of labor cooperation in the contracted construction,energy,agriculture,forestry and other fields and achieved remarkable results.Firstly,This paper summarizes the situation of China and Russia's labor resources to improve that there is an objective basis for reality of labor cooperation between China and Russia.Then we discuss the present situation of China-Russian labor cooperation in various fields.After that,This paper analyzes the economic effects of labor cooperation between China and Russia from qualitative analysis and empirical analysis.This paper concludes that total import and export trade for the two countries will increase by 0.349025 percentage points for every 1 percentage point increase in the output of the Chinese labor force to Russia.Although China's output of the labor force to stimulate the growth of the two countries' import and export trade of the coefficient is less than the effect of the two countries' gross domestic product,we still conclude that China's labor service cooperation with Russia has a significant role in promoting the import and export trade between China and Russia.But there are some negative factors affecting the labor cooperation between the two countries.From the perspective of China,China's domestic policy,the legal mechanism is not complete,the labor export system is not perfect.From the perspective of Russia,the Russian policy restrictions,protectionism is too strong,and there are security issues.In the face of these problems,China and Russia should work together.With the establishment of a comprehensive strategic partnership between China and Russia,China-Russia exchanges and dialogue in the economic,cultural and political fields have also increased,and the level of mutual trust has been improved.Russia has also joined the WTO,we have reason to believe that Russia will certainly fulfill its commitments to increase domestic openness and improve economic transparency,And this help toachieve its goal of revitalizing the economy.Therefore,we are optimistic about the prospects for labor cooperation between China and Russia,China and Russia only to strengthen labor cooperation,strengthen economic exchanges,in order to mutual benefit and achieve economic progress and development.
