Research purpose: During recent years, the global economic has come through continuous downturn, thus the traditional developed economies have been actively seeking to develop economic cooperation with Asia-Pacific economies. In addition to bilateral FTAs, many multilateral economic cooperation frameworks, such as APEC, AEC, EAFTA, CEPEA, TPP, RCEP and FTAAP, have been introduced in Asia-Pacific region. In the face of such complex situation, this paper attempts to seek a proper development path for optimizing the distribution of regional resources, balancing benefits between countries in the region and coordinating Chinese sustainable development.Research methods: This paper mainly makes quantitative and qualitative analysis on related document literatures and internet datas, focusing on TPP, RCEP, FTAAP and other specific agreements, developing researches combined with Chinese strategic policies of reform and opening-up.Research results: Based on the present situation, effects, obstacles and policy recommendations of Chinese participation in Asia-Pacific regional economic cooperation, this paper makes an in-depth analysis on Asia-Pacific regional economic and trade integration agreements such as TPP, RCEP and FTAAP and their respective impacts on China, advising on Chinese participation in relevant cooperationConclusion: As one of the most important global economy, China is of vital importance for itself and regional development in case of its full participation in Asia-Pacific regional economic cooperation. In the face of domestic and international political and economic environment, China should actively adapt to the new normal, open up new situations and take advantage of "One Belt and One Road" and Beijing Roadmap for FTAAP to enhance the relations with other Asia-Pacific countries and accelerate the FTAAP process.
