Study On Relationship Between The Urbanization And Ecological Environment Of Poyang Lake Area

In the pursuit of regional sustainable development, to explore the relationship between urbanization and ecological environment is the interaction and coordinated development appears especially important, this to guide urban planning and regional sustainable development is of great significance.whether economic density, population density and the ecological carrying capacity,Poyang lake region ranked first in jiangxi province. The urbanization development level of the poyang lake region is relatively backward, but growing efforts to achieve their own development, catch up with the determination of backwardness is firm. In this paper, we taken poyang lake region as the study, social and economic statistical data and remote sensing image interpretation data as the foundation, combined with the method of mathematical statistics and 3S model,the application of panel data of 24 counties of poyang lake region, the concrete analysis of poyang lake region in 2000-2013 space-time evolution characteristics of urbanization and ecological environment. Then on the basis of using the coupling function and efficacy function and coupling coordination degree evaluation model of quantitative analysis of the coupling each county area urbanization and ecological environment coordinated development situation, and put forward effective counter measures according to the evaluation results.(1) from 2000 to 2013 in Poyang Lake area and the comprehensive level of counties urban index with time continuing to rise, that Poyang Lake area counties urbanization forward a higher level of urbanization advance; second, from 2000 to 2013 in Poyang Lake area comprehensive urbanization development level index has a significant spatial differences in characteristics,whether between adjacent counties, or between North and south area.Due to the impact of the Poyang Lake area, its topography, drainage, traffic conditions and other factors, the comprehensive urbanization development of water. The overall presentation of the spatial pattern of decreasing from southwest to northwest trend of evolution. Third, from the overall point of view, the level of urbanization in Poyang Lake area is not high, especially some outlying counties located in the northwest of Poyang Lake.Due to region landform, water system, traffic conditions, the influence of such factors as the urbanization comprehensive development level from southwest to northwest regressive space general layout.(2) The comprehensive level of ecological environment index of poyang lake area showed a trend of decline in overall level from 2000 to 2013. From 2000 to 2005 the overall ecological county district level index showed a downward trend,then it showed a slow upward trend of volatility since 2005, and, the growth rate of less than 2000 and 2005 to 2005 the rate of decline.(3) The ecological environment of coupling degree of 24 counties in Poyang Lake area and the urban evaluation index of overall appears small rise trend, but individual year individual cities and counties have decline phenomenon. The coupling index of urbanization and ecological environment in Poyang Lake area is between 0.3956 to-0.5000, that is, That urbanization and ecological environment of Poyang Lake region counties and districts in the "antagonistic phase", during this period of urbanization on the ecological environment caused some degree of damage, undermine the natural ecological carrying capacity.(4) from the coupling coordinated development type, Poyang Lake area counties 2000-2013 years is gradually from mild disorder type to the type of endangered imbalance development, 24 counties of Poyang Lake area in 2000 in addition to Jiujiang city in addition barely coordination, De’an County, Duchang County, Fuzhou City, Nanchang County county and Yongxiu county is on the verge of coordinated development type, 18 the remaining types of counties are in mild coordinated development. And after 2005, with a slight rapid development of urbanization and ecological environment improvement, county area urbanization and ecological environment coupled coordinate values showing a clear upward trend, coupled with the coordinated development of type is also significantly improved,significantly in 2010, the coordinated development of type increased to 13, reluctantly coordinated development type 1; 2013 barely the coordinated development of types increased to 2, on the verge of coordinating development types increased to 16.
