With the development of enterprise strategic development planning, human resources management with competency model as the core has gradually become the foundation of enterprise management activities, and with the "people" becomes the core of enterprise management, the use of knowledge and technology is more prominent people in the enterprise economic status and the function in the activity, human centered management has been paid unprecedented attention. The traditional human resource management positions is not enough to keep up with the rapid development of enterprises based on the change, therefore, human resource management based on competency model, also is the human resources management based on the competency model is the future development trend of enterprises.In this paper, the power grid enterprise employees as the research object, from theoretical thinking on employee competency model, thus constructed for power grid enterprise general competency model, and expounds the effect of staff competency model of power grid enterprises through the questionnaire survey analysis, draws the related conclusion.First of all, the basic theory of the competency model of the research, the competency model is proposed, the definition, research status and other related theories to be introduced and summarized;Secondly, the quantitative research and qualitative research combined, the use of a questionnaire survey method to collect data, to distinguish the high performance employees from the ordinary staff, to build the competency model, effectively promote the diversified development of research methods of competency model;On this basis, the research of the effects were launched from the performance evaluation, training, salary and occupation planning, discusses the staff ability quality excellent whether will produce high performance from the empirical level, solve enterprise performance appraisal, training, salary and occupation planning and employee competency uncoordinated, not the synchronization problem, promote stable development enterprises, reveals the future development trend of the enterprise human resources management. Solve in the enterprise human resource management problems, obtained the result of overall optimization.
