With the development of economy, at home and abroad has entered people’s role and value of their own age, middle manager, who plays an important role in the enterprise, is an indispensable position in the process of enterprise development. With the continuous development of power industry especially local power supply enterprise, the establishment of scientific personnel assessment system for middle manager, in order to select the outstanding middle-managers, and gradually become an important means to improve the enterprise management level and enterprise development goals. And the actual application process, still exist as a result of the power supply enterprise seniority of thought, in the selection of middle managers did not form scientific personnel assessment system, personnel selection method is relatively simple, and too much emphasis on the selection of past performance considerations and with surface quality inspection, while ignoring the inherent quality. All of these led to the selection of practical ability and work requirements to match employees on the selection of middle manager in veiled criticism, not only is not conductive to the work development and workforce stability, is not conductive to play to the staff’s enthusiasm and tap the potential of the staff, for the establishment of a complete and scientific management personnel assessment system is very important.This article to the local power supply enterprise middle managers as the research object, to selection of middle manager personnel assessment system established for the purpose of the study, system analysis the existing local power supply enterprise middle managers in the process of the measurement, by using the method of questionnaire, the author selects the assessment index, and to give the index weight, system to establish the local power supply enterprise middle manager personnel assessment system, the important meaning of the local power supply enterprise further selection of outstanding middle manager.
