| The national economy of China gets a great progress since reform and opening up, the construction industry is no exception, and it has been a leading one in various industries since 21 Century. The increase of construction project’s number brings not only the economy growth but also the consumption of large quantities of resources, the problem of construction cost has gradually become the focus of government, industry, project developer, construction enterprises and many other roles.Firstly, the composition of the total cost of construction project is introduced in this paper, and the production mechanism of different costs is analyzed. The composition of construction and installation cost is studied from two aspects including production factors and cost forms based on this, the construction and installation cost partitioned by cost forms is the basic of the price pattern for the resilience detailed list.Secondly, kinds of influence factors which affect the construction cost of building project are analyzed in this paper including construction period, construction organization design and unpredictable factors. The objective conditions which affect the cost are recognized, then the methods of reduction the cost of construction project are studied and some solution and improvement ideas are proposed in this paper which suits for construction enterprises need to reduce the cost, it can guide construction enterprises to control the cost of construction project.Finally, this paper takes a project of the XX comprehensive production building as an example, analyzes the influence factors on the cost, some problems occurred during the process of project implementation and proposes some methods for improvement which proves the conclusion and provides the experience and lessons for the following construction projects of construction enterprises. |
