In this paper, Jixi City for the study, from 2004 to 2010 through the in-depth analysis of indicator data Jixi urbanization and ecological environment coupled system vulnerabilities, using cluster analysis method to establish the evaluation index system, using entropy method to determine the various indicators weights, using comprehensive index model to establish a vulnerability assessment, and the use of BP neural network to predict future years to obtain indicators of vulnerability to predict trends in the coming years. The results show that:(1) Jixi urbanization and ecological environment systems are showing a good level of development direction, but the pace is not particularly fast.(2) the vulnerability of Jixi City subsystem presents stably transfected with a good case, the ecological environment is also a trend towards better subsystems direction of the whole, but the process is relatively large fluctuations.(3) analysis of the various subsystems of the impact factor, which urbanization subsystem index lower scores for lower registered urban unemployed, science expenditure spending, retail sales of social consumer goods, environmental subsystem score indicators comprehensive utilization rate of industrial solid waste, traffic noise average per capita arable land, these indicators become Jixi City, the development process of the main influencing factors.(4) from the predicted results, the development of the next seven years between Jixi still showing good momentum, and the development of ecological subsystem volatility also will be smaller.
