Research On The Vulnerability Assessment Of Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistic Network

With the continuous optimization of industrial structure and spatial layout,and further development of the urban and rural economy integration,the characters of regionalization and large-scale of agricultural development become apparent,and the circulation of agricultural products also shows a large-scale,cross-regional,long-distance and anti-season feature.At the same time,the rising of the socio-economic and the educational level brings the tremendous changes of the consumption level,consumption and attitudes of urban and rural residents.People’s demand scale and quality requirements of fresh agricultural products have improved significantly.Thus,the development of agriculture product cold chain logistics came into being.As a national-focus industry,cold chain logistic plays an important role in promoting the industry integration and the development of regional economic,so it has become the focus of local government and enterprises.On the one hand,in order to protect the quality of agricultural products and consumers’ safety,and to reduce distribution cost,the relevant state departments have issued a series of policy documents.These documents make the requirements more clearly,accelerate the cold chain logistics infrastructure,cultivate a number of outstanding cold chain logistics enterprises,improve cold chain network,and increase the circulation rate of agricultural products cold chain logistics.On the other hand,since 2014,many companies like SF,rookie,Suning,and JD have already turned their blue ocean strategic layout of cold chain logistics market.Since then,the competition in fresh products circulation area becomes increasingly fierce.Although the market environment of agriculture product cold chain logistics has been improved,it still lacks of systematic and large-scale industrial system,and its development still in its infancy,facing with the high cost problems.In this thesis,ecology theory has been referenced to the research of the vulnerability assessment of agriculture products cold chain logistics network.Relying on the ecological systems theory,it built an agricultural product cold chain logistics network ecosystems,analyzed the components,structure,functions and features of the cold chain logistics network,and defined the connotation of the vulnerability of agricultural products cold chain logistics network.On the basis of ecological factor theory,it summarized the vulnerability factors of cold chain logistics network,and analyzed the formation process and forms of vulnerability of agricultural products cold chain logistic network from four interfaces which includes basic network,organizational network,information network and relationships network.Moreover,based on the ecological threshold theory,it constructed the vulnerability assessment index system and evaluation model of agricultural products cold chain logistics network by the integrated use of AHP,expert consultation,gray clustering method,whitening weight function,etc.Finally,it carried out the empirical analysis on the vulnerability of agricultural products cold chain network in Wuhan which takes the white sandbar agricultural products wholesale market and the four seasons beautiful agricultural trade center as the score.Based on the theory of ecological restoration and life-cycle theory,it proposed the repair paths and strategies of vulnerability of agricultural chain logistics network.
