| Logistics capability is a comprehensive indicator which reflects the logistics state of an enterprise. It is believed that the logistics capability is a new profit growth point of enterprises, also known as the third profit – point. Therefore, to strength the research on its logistic capacity, construct an indicator evaluation system which is legit, complete and easy to implement, and to find an effective evaluation method so as to exam and evaluate the logistic capability of the enterprise from multiple angels in full aspects impose an significant meaning on fully taping its potential, enhancing its competitiveness and improving its management level.At present, automobiles have become the essential transportation tool for many households. This paper studies the logistic capacity of automobile enterprises with a major focus on contents and creativities as such:(1)Analysis on current study situation of domestic and overseas logistic capacity based on large number of related literatures, criticizing the characteristics and the shorts of such study which leads to the research content in this paper.(2)Introductions on connotation and classification of enterprises’ logistics capability, and the in-depth analysis on related theory.(3)For the first time, based on the building principal of the logistic capacity evaluation indicator system for enterprises, this paper constructs an evaluation system from 7 areas for automobile enterprises: quality control, cost control, innovation ability, flexibility, time management, information technology and transport capacity; Also, it computes the weight of this indicator evaluation system with matlab, using a comprehensive method combing the improved layer analysis method and entropy method.(4)Field study on the logistic capacity of JL Automobile in the past two years through vague comprehensive evaluation method adapted in the indicator evaluation system, and the analysis on the study result.(5)Evaluation on the logistic operation performance of 6 subsidies to JL Automobile(group) by DEA method. Here, the input indicators are warehouse size, IT investment, employee payroll, and warehouse equipment costs, while the output is the total number of annually manufactured automobiles. This paper then analyzes the logistic operation performance and proposed the improvement on objections and management. |
