However, there exist some detects in the public financial support for the affordable housing property management, for example, there are only several ways to get subsidy、the subsidy is not enough and the effect of the subsidy is not ideal and so on. Therefore, it is urgent to perfect the public financial supporting system for the affordable housing property management in the process of the affordable housing property management.At present, the government has not paid enough attention to the public financial support for the affordable housing property management and there is no effect evaluation system for the public financial support for the affordable housing property management. So, in order to make up the defects, I do the paper.Based on the theories of social security, public finance and performance evaluation, the paper is to analyze the development of the affordable housing property management and the status of public finance support for it, firstly. Secondly, with the field survey data from the affordable housing property management in Nanchang city, the paper will analyze the effect of public financial support for the affordable housing property management.Then,starting from input, process, output and result these four stages, the paper will set up the effect index system of the public financial support for the affordable housing property management, out of the two targets——equity and efficiency.Finally, by analyzing the input index, the process index, the output index and the result index, the paper will conclude that which index should be evaluated and what should be paid attention to in following studies by others.
