Study On Jiangxi Rural Logistics Impact On Consumption And Income Of Rural Residents

With the new rural construction, the development of rural economy in Jiangxi Province and rural residents living level continuously improve, rising of rural logistics demand. However the rapid development of rural logistics in Jiangxi province and the rural economy is not coordinated, has become a “bottleneck”restricting the rural economic development of Jiangxi province and rural residents living level. Mainly displays in: the construction of logistics infrastructure is backward, conditioned by natural environment, wide distribution, small scale,uneven regional development. These factors hindered the further development of rural logistics in Jiangxi Province, but also to the Jiangxi rural residents’ income and consumption levels increase caused a certain degree of obstruction.In this essay, on the basis of the actual situation of rural logistics in Jiangxi province and the rural residents’ income and consumption level, by Co-Integration Analyse and constructing a VAR model, the relationship of rural logistics in Jiangxi province and the rural residents’ income and consumption level is analyzed. The analysis results show that, with the long-term stable cointegration relationship exists between the three varibale quantities, and in the short term, the rural residents’ income and consumption are more effected by thenselves, while the number of rural logistics staff has a positive role in promoting the rural residents’ income and consumption levels, and the investment in fixed assets of rural logistics industry showed greater volatility.In view of the rural logistics development status of Jiangxi Province, suggested that the government can increase the propaganda dynamics, strengthen the rural logistics infrastructure construction, the construction of rural logistics network, to promote the construction of logistics information service platform for rural, rural logistics operation mode innovation, develop rural logistics talents, strengthen the quality control of agricultural products, and the timely introduction of supportive policies, and promote the healthy development of rural logistics in Jiangxi Province,to create a good environment and conditions for the rural residents’ income and consumption level.
