Since Reform and opening 30 years ago, China has got great increment in national economic, at the same time both the living standard and income of Chinese people has been improved a lot. However the increasing speed of income of rural residents is slower than average level of whole society. In addition to the large scale of the rural residents in the population and the situation of our country, the income of rural residents is becoming the focus to each communities, and lots of research lecture has been accumulated on it. Based on the theory of Human Capital, it is said that education is closely connected with social productivity, economic growth and national income. Education is always seen as an important investing factor in promoting social and personal improvement, and the improvement of education can make social treasure and personal income increase. This paper, viewing rural residents' education as a main key, is based on macro economic statistics and micro survey materials. It is trying to explain the relationships among rural residents 'education level and their personal/family income, incoming structure and career decision. The main content of this paper can be divided into five sectors:First, the research issue is put forward and some relative concepts are explained. It trying to illuminate that education is the main influencing factor after reviewing the aspects of human capital and education research. This part is an theoretic basement of whole research.In the second part, education is seen as the main quantity of human capital. The Path which education influences incoming is clarified and the realistic mechanism of education to incoming is set up. Education acting on rural residents' incoming is both on their amount and structure.In the third part, the source of the data and research survey and research method is been briefly introduced.In the forth section, based on the survey of 8 regions of Zhejiang province, The multi-functional equation of family income rural, residents' average education level, the acreage of farmland and quantity of family labor force. Comparing with the regression coefficients of different level of education, the function of education to family gross income, agricultural income and non-agriculture income is discussed. The relationship among the independent variables is also been discussed. This part belongs to transverse research.In the fifth section, based on the macro statistics data, the changing trend of incoming structure and increasing rate of income in different education level of rural residents is studied. Their rules are studied in the longitudinal time dimension.The sixth section is the conclusion and political advice. According to the analysis above, some disciplines of education and incoming of rural residents and some countermeasures as well as some policies are advanced.
