Research On The Management Of Receivable For Enterprise Based On The Management Of Enterprise Credit In Y Enterprise In Taizhou

The management level of account receivable is directly related to the enterprise’s profitability and market competitiveness of the products, which greatly affects the realization of final operation target for enterprise’s sustainable development. The account receivable collection has effect on the utilization of capital chain and the quota of cash position, which is the prerequisite and guarantee of normal production and operation as well as the focus of modern enterprise management and cash management. The senior management or financial director shall fully understand the significance of account receivable management and attach the importance to it during the period of production and operation.First, this paper defines enterprise credit management and account receivable,introduces the credit management situation of domestic enterprises; next, this paper states the function of account receivable collection, causes of account receivable and the effect of credit mismanagement of account receivable to the enterprise; then, this paper takes Y enterprise in Taizhou City for example to analyze the risks, problems and causes of its account receivable. In this paper, the author designs a scheme for credit system establishment, completes credit management policies and mechanism and proposes corresponding countermeasures to beforehand stage, interim stage and later period, which includes to establish special credit management offices, client credit check mechanism in beforehand stage, credit right guarantee system in interim stage and account receivable management system in later period and complete bad-debt provision system. The author hopes this paper is beneficial and referenced to the domestic enterprises on credit system establishment and risk management of account receivable.
