Since the development of domestic acceptance business, the function of its production tends to be homogenized, which means there is no essential difference between different acquirers around the application of the core function of main acceptance business, such as consumption of band card acceptance and pre-authorized debit. In order to improve the acceptance market share and create more intermediate business income, the competitive strategy of acquirers aims to give their own business an advantage over rivals, which certainly leads to conflict and confrontation, and then form the competition in acceptance industry. The competition of existing acquirers focus on price 、 service and new product development, while several factors are responsible for its intensity.As the tier- 1 branch of the Agriculture Bank of China, ABC In Jiangxi Province makes a commitment to social responsibility, powers the economy development in Jiangxi,and efforts to launch main stream and boutique,around the business strategy of the integration of urban and rural areas including catering to the needs of Sannong, capitalizing on the synergy between the Urban Areas and the County Areas, and expanding into the international market. There is no argument that ABC in Jiangxi has lots of band branches、self-service devices and electronic network around the urban and county areas, adequate production institutions of Chinese and foreign currency, deep pockets and excellent social reputation.We view the status quo of acceptance business of ABC in Jiangxi while stating the theory of the competitive strategy of acceptance business.Then we analyze the market competition of acceptance business based on PEST and condition, and show that ABC in Jiangxi is equipped for its strategy while both the internal context and external condition permits. The external condition is that we set ABC in Jiangxi apart from rivals is its competitive advantage on production、 service and channels while the difference is considered worthy and necessary by customers. Having a country’s top data-processing system and software development center, the internal context is that ABC has developed advanced systems such as indirect-connected merchant 、merchant installment and BMP with strong research and development capabilities.At the same time,it’s necessary to pay attention to organization,management and funds which efficaciously equip ABC in Jiangxi Province for its competitive strategy of acceptance business.
