The Construction Of New Urbanization Based On The Development Of The Ecological Productivity

New Urbanization, which is under the guidance of the Scientific Outlookon Development, is an important power to promote the sustainable and healthydevelopment of Chinese economy. Promoting the construction of newurbanization is an arduous strategic task. Ecological productivity is a new theoryof harmonious development between man and nature. Like new urbanization,eco-productivity is also put forward in the logic of scientific development. Bothof them emphasize the equal stress on economic development and the ecologicalprotection. Their consistency reflect in advocating the development way of lowcarbon environmental protection, intensive and highly efficient, and based onthe coordinated development of population, economy, resources andenvironment, taking the all-round development of people and happy life as thefundamental direction, to realize the sustainable development of economy,society and environment between urban and rural areas. This article discusses the relative issues of new urbanization construction inthe view of ecological productivity development by analyzing the consistency ofdevelopment of ecological productivity and new urbanization. First of all, theauthor combines the scientific connotation of them, analyzing their consistencyfrom the mainly rely on, internal requirement, important means, developmenttendency and the fundamental purpose. And focus on the theoretical meaning ofthem, emphasizing the demand of the construction of new urbanization in China,such as people-oriented, intensive and highly efficient, low carbonenvironmental protection and development of urban and rural integration.Second, pointing out the dilemma in the construction of new towns in Chinafrom the current reality development condition cannot effectively meet therequirements of new urbanization construction. Such as marginalization ofagricultural transfer population, weak resources and environmental protection,the overall carrying capacity needs to be improved and unreasonable elementsallocation between urban and rural, which were the result from combination offactors. On this ground the author analyzing the main reasons as the ideologicaland cultural quality of the constraints, the bound of the traditional developmentway, the weak science and technology support capability and the restrictions ofthe leading role of the government improper control. And last, the authorproposing the suggestion to solve the new urbanization construction issues stepby step and promote the building of new urbanization development based on theecological productivity. For enhancing the ideological and cultural quality, promoting the optimization and upgrading of industry, strengthening theconstruction of science and technology support ability.The innovation of this article lies in the development of ecologicalproductivity as a new perspective of the new urbanization construction, andfrom the implementation of consistent development of ecological productivityforce development and new urbanization angle proposed the path selection topromote the new urbanization construction in china.
