Auto parts industry as the automobile industry,the upstream industry, the automotive industry is the basis for the development of the upstream industry, mainly steel, petroleum, nonferrous metals, rubber, fabric and other materials industry, the downstream industry is mainly vehicle assembly industry and service industries. Development of automotive parts industry depends largely on the development of downstream markets and vehicle service and repair market. With China’s liberalization of restrictions, multinational giants multinational electronic components have increased investment in China, and expand the scale of production. Currently ranked in the global top100auto parts suppliers have been doing business in China,70%of domestic foreign-funded enterprises engaged in the production of auto parts more than1200. As China has become the world’s auto parts production and manufacturing center, increasingly fierce competition in the industry, China’s domestic auto parts enterprises must develop their own core competitiveness in order to survive in the increasingly fierce market competition. Currently, in the fierce market competition in the face of rapidly increasing costs of tremendous pressure on the economic efficiency of enterprises cost management, profit plays a decisive role in the auto parts manufacturing industry must cultivate a core competitiveness of enterprises through better cost management. Paper manufacturing companies nowadays widely promote lean production and lean management for the study, a study for the lean concepts, methods and tools used in cost management.Firstly, through the state-owned auto parts manufacturers Yan largest auto accessories factory production costs in recent years to promote lean management status and, combined with a series of relevant statistical research analysis, the largest car factory annex Yan exist in some areas of cost management issues, such as the procurement cost control is weak, manufacturing cost control unfavorable logistics cost accounting loopholes. Secondly, the design of a large car factory annex Yan Lean cost management programs, including the identification of the target cost of doing business, the cost of liability assessment standards for business activities throughout the process of implementing lean cost management. Finally, for the lean enterprise system management and operation cost of the proposed implementation of appropriate safeguards, the maximum reduction in costs while ensuring the quality of products for enterprises to win in the fierce competition.
