With the development and application of logistics in the agricultural industry, related study on agricultural products logistics has become the topical issues in the field of logistics research. Logistics network is a network operation pattern of logistics system, The study of logistics network optimization can reduce the cost of system operation, collaborative allocation of resources and improve overall operational efficiency. According to relevant characteristics of rice logistics, study on rice logistics network optimization in Heilongjiang province.On the premise of the present studies of domestic and international research about rice logistics and logistics network, according to theory of rice logistics, logistics network, hub-and-spoke network a analytics of logistics network of rice in Heilongjiang province is conducted. Pointed out the problems of logistics network in Heilongjiang province and optimized logistics network optimization mainly from two aspects: logistics nodes and logistic channels. Determine the objectives and principles of optimization on logistics nodes of rice. Application of grey prediction to predict the quantity of rice logistics in Heilongjiang province for five years in the future and calculate the number of new nodes. Analysis on factors affecting rice logistics node location, building evaluation index system. Based on AHP and grey relational analysis to determine the weight of evaluation indexes and construction logistics node location evaluation model to select the optimal nodes and define the scale of them.Application of hub-network theory to optimize logistic channels of logistics network of rice in Heilongjiang province, on the basis of the existing rice logistics route in order to achieve the goal of optimization. According to the economic development, logistics demand, logistics infrastructure, logistics performance to determine alternative logistics hub nodes, constructing the logistics hub nodes evaluation index system, evaluation and analysis by principal component analysis, getting the main ingredients function expression by SPSS software. On the basis, calculated for the value of logistics development of comprehensive ability of each node and ranked them. Then determine the distance and volume between the hub node in rice logistics channels. Finally according to the theory of hub-and-spoke network, optimized the layout of the hubs in the network and logistics route, determine the trunk channels and branch channels in logistics network of rice in Heilongjiang province.
