Eco-economy Development Research In Changzhi Shanxi Province

Shanxi province is a very important energy base in China with rich coal reserves,and also has formed many cities of resources. With the exploitation of coal resourcesintensifies, and the development of new energy, a series of problems happened in thosecities, such as the depletion of coal resources, low growth of economic development,one fold industrial structure, high dependence on resource industry, too much laid-offworkers, ecological deterioration. a coal-oriented city,The hardship of the reality hasmade the transformation of coal-oriented cities a urgent nature, the development ofeco-economy is one way of coal resources based city transformation.In this paper, from the perspective of economic transformation and eco-economydevelopment of resource oriented city, carries on the thorough analysis to theproblems and causes of the city transformation and ecological economy of Changzhicity, combined with the transformation experience of Lorraine, North Kyushu andHuaibei, to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the improvement ofecological law, government policy support, rational planning, ecological cityconstruction and soft environment and ecological concept and training etc.. Hope tohave a scientific basis reference for policy makers, and to promote the development ofeco economy in Changzhi.In the background of "China dream", with Marx’s ecological economic theory asthe basis, this article combine the transition development and eco economicdevelopment of resource oriented city to take a study, with the ecological economy asbreakthrough of the city transformation, discussed the development of ecologicaleconomy in Changzhi, enriched the theory of transformation development andecological economic development of Shanxi. Changzhi city is a typical resource-basedcity transformation of the development of Shanxi, through the study of Changzhi, frompoint to area,to provide some reference experience for Shanxi transformation. Thestudy has the vital practical meaning for the development of the ecological economy ofresource oriented city and the realize of sustainable development.
