Study On The Issues And Legal Measures In The Achievements Transformation Of Agricultural Science And Technology In China

Since the establishment of the people’s republic of China, especially in recent years, agriculture development has attracted the special attention of the central government. The transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements not only plays an important role in harmonious development of science and economy, but also an effective means to deal with the ’three agriculture issues’---roblems in agriculture, rural area and farmers. Therefore, how to realize the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements rapidly and effectively is hot topic deserves urgent attention of the whole nation. Meanwhile, agricultural science and technology achievements transformation will have a direct influence on the development of science and technology and productive forces.Against this background, taking the agriculture science and technology achievement transformation of our country as the basic starting point, based on a full reference of concerning findings in different aspects, from the perspective of agricultural science, adopting the analytical method of system theory, with an integrated implication of agricultural science and agricultural popularization, using the multi-disciplinary theories and methods of sociology and law theory and through the research methods of comparative analysis and empirical analysis, this paper aims to putting forward an innovation to solve the problem of applying financial support for the agricultural science and technology achievements, and conducting the research on how to improve the agriculture science and technology achievement transformation from the aspects of investment funds, intermediary agencies and law.In the first part, it introduces the background and significance of the selected research topic, the research status at home and abroad as well as the research methods might be used.
