Study On The Economic Effect And Planning Countermeasures Of Urban NIMBY Facilities

In recent years, increasing domestic NIMBY conflicts make some indispensable public facilities supply disruptions, and poses challenges to the economic and social development and the government’s public management ability, NIMBY problems are also gradually on the agenda of urban development. NIMBY problems, as it were, is an inexorable law governing after industrialization, and it also had already realized the western countries.Domestic researches on the NIMBY relying on the rise of NIMBY movement generated a lot, General qualitative research from multi-disciplinary Angle, but in less quantitative empirical research.In this paper, the first chapter puts forward the research background and significance; The second chapter of NIMBY effect theory, method and practice at home and abroad are reviewed. The third chapter sums up the various factors affecting NIMBY problems, and puts forward the influence of economic factors of NIMBY problem research importance and practical significance; The fourth chapter is the core content of this article, from the perspective of economics explains the neighborhood characteristics, from the facilities NIMBY in the process of economic elements, associated with connotation, established the intuitive reflect the effective form of NIMBY problems in the economy, housing prices, and discusses the research theoretical model from the economic benefits. The fifth chapter through the empirical analysis, this paper discusses NIMBY facilities avoidance of NIMBY manifested intuitively from the effect on house prices. The conclusion and avoid effect of economic elements has important influence and the research significance, and tested by housing prices on NIMBY to avoid effect of empirical research methods.
