Study On The Upgrading Strategy Of Industry Cluster Based On The Synergetic Theory

With the development of the world economy, the degree of integration is more and more obvious. In this trend, various industries in the form of clusters exist, showing a more competitive advantage than other single enterprise. Related enterprises inside the industry and other supportive industry related to the core industry gathering on the geographical basis, in order to obtain the advantage of cost, resources, technology, information, etc, to improve the overall competitiveness of the cluster. However, with the evolution of the cluster, due to external competitive forces threatening for the cluster itself at a disadvantage. Different industrial cluster upgrading needs different key elements, we need to analysis the key elements of the transformation and upgrading of industrial cluster according to the particular cluster environment. Only targeted strategy can ensure a smooth transition and upgrading of specific industry clusters. By innovating self organizational capability of the enterprises within the cluster to improve the overall competitiveness of the cluster, in order to create modern industrial clusters of value creating and sharing, cooperative symbiosis.
