This article is on the basis of analysis in a lot of research data and sortation the literature,we researched the situation of our province’s storage and cold chain logists of agricultural products.It is aimed to offer some reference frame for reasonable planning、distribution about Jiangxi province’s storage and cold chain logistic of agricultural products and relevant departments issue the decision.Through analysis these information,we know some questions about storage and logistics development of agricultural products:first of all, our province agricultural products storage technology is weak, cause agricultural products to rot, bring huge economic loss to the enterprise;from the angle of hardware, our province cold storage on a smaller scale, by the end of the cold storage capacity in our province in 2014 was only180000 tons;at the same time, the lack of fresh agricultural products in our province technology related professional talents;Jiangxi in the middle of the link between producers and consumers for agricultural products, agricultural products tend to change hands several times, layer upon layer of farmers’ production after the price to consumers.in Jiangxi province, the problems existing in the cold chain logistics mainly includes the following:first of all, our province agricultural products cold chain logistics standard system is not sound, and cold chain logistics technology is relatively backward;secondly our province agricultural products cold chain logistics flow rate is low, cold chain logistics related professional talents are lack;hardware facilities lack of cold chain logistics of anhui province, the third party cold chain logistics enterprise development lags behind;farmers and mode starts late in our province, adopts the model of farmers and sales volume of agricultural products is relatively lessTo solve above problems, the author puts forward several development of storage andlogistics industry in our province specific measures: strengthen government support,launched various preferential policies;increase capital investment;to strengthen the construction of agricultural products cold chain logistics standardization;To strengthen the construction of cold chain logistics equipment and the introduction of cold chain logistics technology;vigorously develop the third party cold chain logistics;pay attention to storage and logistics industry in the field of professional talent training and introduction;promote the development of logistics integration.
