Research On The Undertaking Industry Transfer From Coastal Areas To Hunan Province Under The Background Of "Two-oriented Society" Construction

The idea to build a resource-conserving and environment-friendly society,which is based on the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Urban Agglomeration,will have a great impact on the economic and social development in Hunan Province.As a momentous strategy to enrich the people and to strengthen the province,undertaking Industrial Transfer is supposed to bring in a brand new type of society in the future.Focusing on the conditions and potentialities of Hunan undertaking industrial transfer from southeastern costal provinces with the aim to achieving the "two-type" society's target,analyzing the study on the present conditions and the exiting problems,this paper draws a conclusion how to proceed undertaking the industry transform,providing a new perspective for undertaking industry transfer in Hunan in the future.The research,study object is Hunan undertaking industry transfer from southeastern costal provinces.Through a review about the relevant conception and theory,based on Hunan province's actual condition to preceding this study.Specially,this paper includes the fallowing: An analysis of the existing circumstances in the region studied with a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,using the TOPSIS model to evaluation Hunan's economic level compare with other 30 Provinces.Using the Qualitative Method have an analysis on Hunan' prerequisite factor about undertaking industry transfer.Concluded that Hunan have a great capacity on the wave of undertaking the industrial shift.The Motive Force Mechanism of Undertaking Industrial Transfer and the drivers of Undertaking Industrial Transfer is the key part of this research.This paper on the basis of the thorough study on the economics model of the industrial transfer and the power mechanism,forming a systematic analysis of the drivers of Hunan's undertaking industrial shift. At last,by the statistical data complied from governmental agencies have a research on Current situation,find some problems from it.At last,according to the theory and Hunan's situation,pointed out the new thoughts on Undertaking Industrial Transfer of Hunan province. Including:setting threshold of industry transfer,modifying undertaking industrial transfer's path and mode.
